Our Commitment to Responsible AI Montizera integrates advanced artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini, Kie.ai, and Flux image diffusion) to assist creators in ideating, scripting, and automating social content. This policy outlines rules of engagement and ownership.

1. Content Ownership & Commercial Rights

You own all images, captions, and posts created through your account on Montizera. You have full commercial rights to publish, monetize, and distribute the generated media across your social channels without revenue share or royalties owed to our platform.

2. Prohibited AI Uses

Creators must not use our AI Command Center or bot tools to generate or publish:

  • Misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating media, including unlabelled deepfakes.
  • Content that violates Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Community Standards and Advertising Policies.
  • Hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual material, or violent incitement.
  • Automated mass spamming that circumvents platform rate limits.

3. Automation Rate Limits & Safety

To protect your connected Facebook and Instagram pages from algorithmic penalties, our platform enforces intelligent scheduling delays (minimum 30–60 minutes between automated posts). Users must not attempt to bypass these safety buffers.

4. AI Image Generation Credits

AI image generations consume credits based on compute model complexity. Credits granted via subscription plans or top-up packs are non-refundable once consumed for successful image rendering tasks.
